Some of you noticed, we just launched the re-design of BurdaStyle.com. The picture you see is a screen shot of the new home page. Best is to visit www.burdastyle.com, but let us tell you what great new features are awaiting you!
The most obvious change is the bigger pictures size, which lets your projects look much better. Very exciting is the activity feed. Just like on Facebook, you can follow other member's activities on a live stream: new projects and techniques, favorites, comments, and messages. Another new helpful feature are the step-by-step online instructions for projects that you can make. At every step, members can ask questions that the community will answer, a great help for getting un-stuck in your sewing ventures! Also, the pattern catalog and projects have a new category sorting option that lets you find a specific design much easier. Nice technical drawings guide you easily while browsing the pattern catalog. And to finally make full use of our open source philosophy, you can put a 'For Sale' label on projects that you want to sell! Just link to your website or Etsy shop and voila, you can make money.

when will i be able to access the new site
I am having trouble joining Burdastyle. The form comes up, but then it won't submit.

Please remove that popup-thingy, its slowing my computer down, and is impossible to get rid of. It keeps popping up no matter how many times you say "dont show again". We got the message!
I can't get anywhere on BurdaStyle.com I'd love to try out the new sewing group in my area, but cannot contact. Every time I click from the front page it goes to not responding and the entire site has to be shut down. Help!!! I miss you.

Hello, I too recently have had serious problems in viewing the Burdastyle site and contacting them is also impossible. Entering the site a message pops up constantly saying that a script is slowing it down and asks if I want to interrupt, -then the page blocks. This has never happened before this week and does not happen with any other of the many sites I view daily. I have tried Burdastyle on other computers and the same thing happens there as well.
Pls help, I need my daily dose of BurdaStyle!!!

Hello Chris and whoever else may be experiencing the same problem as me.
I contacted Burdastyle via the answers@burdastyle.com adress mentioned above and here below is their answer. I have just installed Mozilla Firefox (was indeed using Explorer) and it seems to be working, the pages don't block and no pop-up messages, yipeeee!!!!

I have terrible trouble viewing this website. Keep getting a popup about a script running and unless I stop it slows my computer down to halt! Is there something simple I can do to stop this happening? Claire

Looking everywhere for a discontinued Burda Blouse Pattern no. 6230. Pleas can someone help.
I have been looking at your website and I do like it. It is very easy to navigate. I moved to Oklahoma in 2004. When I was in Michigan special issues would also come out throughout the year such as Petite, Easy, and Tops and Bottoms. Do you still publish these special issues? I have been looking everywhere for them. Thank you for still puslishing Burda Plus. I am addicted to Burda magazine and will be renewing my subscription as soon as I have enough money to do so.
